"This location is perfect. Close to all the sites within walking distance. Please note there is no on-site parking, but the parking garage is right around the corner. The apartment is excellent and has everything you need."

"Would have liked more notice earlier about the weird check-in process. I did try to call the property when I had trouble accessing the door. NOBODY called back. Fortunately, a very kind cleaning person was able to help. But that "we'll you right back if there is a problem" sure did not work. Also saw another couple cursing when they were trying to enter the property. And why not have a live link to the phone number and email in your message. Not easy to have to flip between your text message...

"Our room was cleaned extremely well. We had a 1 bedroom with 3 beds, queen, murphy and sofabed and all 3 beds were comfortable. Unit was generously sized with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and accessed from both the bedroom and living room. The staff was very helpful from providing us with extra nespresso pods, to giving us directions, or helping with information."

"The property was clean and once we figured out how to check in and park it was great and the attendant even better. Lovely staff, great suite. All amenities were perfect. You were given slippers and a tote bag to keep. Can't wait to go back."

"I was told to come and drop luggage. But they didn’t tell me the office did not open until 9am. Another couple waiting to drop luggage stood in a hallway waiting. No apology when the person came to open. The worst part was a leaking freezer (water all over floor both nights I was there. 2nd night an alarm in the freezer kept going off while we were trying to sleep. We finally figured out how to shut the system down. No apology from staff or offer of a discount for our trouble."

"I think the parking lot attendant ruined our trip in the first five minutes of our arrival. Wasn’t very friendly and demanded I go pay more for parking after my car was a bit longer than the suv beside us. I have a 5seater Honda and he thought it was a 7 seater. It was hard to get the luggage all in with some mobility issues with my older mom. Location was great. Room could have been cleaner under the beds, our shower temperature was all over the place so we opted to have baths, room was...

"The location is situated close to all of old Montreal sites. The overall experience of staying at the Sonolux was interesting and unlike any other hotel we have stayed. From check in (minimalist), to the immersive art in the hallways and room, to our checkout the vibe was was unique and appreciated."

"Nice staff, clean rooms, close to metro. Good for walking to different venues"
