"The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel."

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "

"Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. "El lugar me gustó mucho, las habitaciones son bonitas. Por la noche huele un poco a caño el baño pero creo que ese ya es un tema general de Tulum. La alberca muy bonita y me gustó que puedes entrar por la noche. El desayuno bien. Un buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse del ruido "

"Wonderful hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed the naturalistic atmosphere of the hotel. No televisions was great. Patio was wonderful with tub, hammock and a swivel chair. Mosquitoes are relentless bring your repellent or you’ll get eaten alive. Great experience, staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend and would definitely return with my arsenal of mosquitoe repellent of course."
