"The room was clean, the staff very friendly. The location was very convenient. The breakfast each morning was hot and delicious, including the coffee. The parking was not super convenient. It was really tight to manoeuvre around in."

"Coffee maker in the room, as many towels as you need, reception staff were very nice. We went to Winnipeg for an event so only stayed for 2 nights, but the hotel was one we would stay at again and left such a nice impression that we would definitely look into other Alt locations as well."

"Parking costs extra. This changed since our last stay and was a surprise when we arrived. Hoped they would waive it for us but they did not. Facility is nice and new and clean. Our shower base felt soft and spongy which was a bit unnerving. It creaked and groaned like it was rotting underneath. but otherwise everything was in great condition."

"We were placed in room 511 which is right under the gym so we were forced to listen to people pounding on the treadmill very early or very late in the day for our 8 day stay. This is not a thoughtful choice by the hotel for an 8 day stay."

"Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of different countries and haven’t encountered this before. Also in our room, found a sticky mess on floor beside the bed. We won’t be back."
