"Rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a strip mall but has good security. You can’t get in front doors without a room card. The room was cramped but had a very good shower. Good to know ahead of time that there are no elevators and all rooms are on second floor, 2 flights of stairs. "

"We were very happy with this hotel. It was clean, The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that surprised us was that there are no dressers in rooms. However we soon got over that and we managed just fine. Stayed there for a concert and it was perfect. Just a very short walk to Canada Life Centre. Will definitely stay there again."
"Staff was super friendly, clear on check in policies and very helpful. Ice machine was empty and they grabbed me a bag of ice from their freezer! Room was very clean and had a microwave and full size mini fridge (actual separate freezer section!)
