"Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. "

Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. I would definitely return and suggest this hostel to anyone."

"Hotel was very clean in a great location in Old San Juan and the price was lower than other nearby properties. Road noise overnight was very loud. Shower was a little bit of a challenge being tucked into a corner and the rain shower head being closer to the glass than the center of the shower, but we made it work. "

"No elevator and you are expected to carry up your own luggage. 3 or 4 floors Some of the front desk staff were rude and didn’t really want to help you. We asked about reserving a cab the night prior to leaving the next morning at 4:00 departure time. We were told someone would be available at 4 am to order cab for us. We found a sign stating staff was on a break and returning soon. They never did. Had to order an Uber. Left 30 min. late! Party on the street night before, so loud we couldn’t...

"It is in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in was done smoothly. The breakfast was ok, considering it was free due to us staying there. The room could have been a bit more clean, especially the refrigerator, and oven. The sofa was a bit worn out, so maybe updated furniture would help. Overall, the price, the location, and the staff is what made our stay a pleasant experience."

"The stairs was a problem no elevator the curb appeal was horrible broken concrete and dirty there was no closet in the room literally u lived out of your suitcase.hot water became a problem at times. The staff made the difference Yoli was amazing so sweet and so hard working "
