"Nice location, friendly staff, clean room"

"We had a wonderful three nights in the mountain facing rooms. Added bonus of being able to watch the sun rise from the room. Friendly staff provided an excellent meal on the first evening. Breakfast choices were many and varied; we certainly set off each day well filled. The village itself was great for wandering around and the castle of course was the highlight. Slightly scared at first at the narrow entrance into the village in our hire car, but it's actually OK. Plenty of room. Parking...

"Really unique accommodation in an old castle village! Driving in is something else, with all those narrow cobblestone laneways. Staff were super friendly. Our room was quite small, but had everything we needed. "

"Such a beautiful hotel in a truly breathtaking location. One of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed and the staff was so friendly and attentive- highly recommend staying here. If you stay here, I recommend parking at the bottom and caking to request a shuttle to the hotel, especially if you are coming in at night and not used to driving through the narrow streets. 10/10, 5 stars"

"We booked this hotel through Expedia during a very hot weekend because the listing displayed photographs of a swimming pool among the property’s amenities and facilities. Upon arrival, before checking in, we discovered that the hotel does not actually have a swimming pool on site. The pool shown in the listing is a municipal pool located elsewhere. As the presence of a pool was a significant factor in our booking decision, we raised the issue immediately and requested a refund. We never checked...

"Wonderful stay—highly recommended! Upon arrival, the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. The room was perfectly clean and came equipped with an espresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the good breakfast. Although we didn't have time to use all the amenities the hotel has to offer, like the spa and the outdoor pool, we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!"

"Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplätze entlang der Straße. Aufzug erleichtert Gepäcktransport. Küche gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war im Kühlschrank zu finden, sogar mit Eiern bzw insgesamt sehr reichhaltig. Frische warme Brötchen hingen morgens an der Zimmertüre. Guter Service. Es ist jedoch kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, die Rezeption ist unbesetzt. Wir würden es wieder buchen."
