"Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. It was very convenient having a free chilled water machine on our floor and just down from our room. There's Sky TV with local channels plus YouTube.
