The hotel does what they call a room check before you leave the staff went into the room and said there was a stain on one of the sheets that we were unaware of they said it can't come out. My sister then went to the room and washed it out. This delayer us for our pick up to the airport. I was not impressed. I have never heard of a room check before never mind a stain on a sheet as an issue. "

"They served me a cold hamburger that was raw in the middle. I asked for medium well done. That means warm center. This burger was stone cold, the beef fat had almost re-solidified and the center was RAW and cold. They charged me nearly $20 USD for that disaster burger. "
