"I didn’t like their cleaning people They don’t know how to clean the room They’re just fixed the bed but bathroom not clean and they don’t change the drinking glasses that you used"

"Really nice upscale western style hotel. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful no matter the hour. The restaurant was really nice. I love the different buffets every morning so it never got old."

"I had a different expectation upon checking in knowing this was a 5-star hotel. There were couple of things that I need to mention for evaluation and consideration. 1. We didn’t end up using the tub. The water was brown. 2. The blower/hair dryer wasn’t working either. 3. We checked out early and no one was answering the phone for concierge request for suitcases to be brought down."

"Had a great stay...the staff attention and hospitality sets this place apart! Juvan and everyone else was beyond accommodating! Any request was addressed immediately...the breakfast was very good...lots of choices and the service was superb and everybody was smiling...a wonderful experience and will be back"
