"Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...

"Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. It was very convenient having a free chilled water machine on our floor and just down from our room. There's Sky TV with local channels plus YouTube. Ayala Mall is directly across from us, as well as a McDo and a 7-Eleven. There's even a jeepney/ Aircon van terminal there as well, across the street. The swimming...

"想像していた以上にとても綺麗なホテルでスタッフさんたちの対応も丁寧でした。 英会話に慣れていない方(自分も含めて)は会話の際にグーグル翻訳が必須です。 会話は全て英語で行われますし、かなり流暢に話すので翻訳機無しだと始めのうちは聴き取るのに苦労します。 泊まった部屋はとても清潔で眺望が良く、何かのイベントだったのか花火がとても綺麗に見えました。宿泊の際にはチェックイン時にデポジットとして1500ペソを支払う必要がありますがこれはチェックアウト時に返金されます。 空港からホテルまでは車で15分くらいの距離です。その際に使うタクシーは「グラブタクシー」をお勧めします。黄色タクシーよりも約200ペソ程度安く移動できる上にぼったくられる可能性もかなり低いです。 食事に関してはビュッフェ形式でした。 今後、フィリピンに行く機会がある方はぜひこちらのホテルに宿泊されることをおすすめします。 "
