"Following a lengthy stay at Radisson Blu Cebu, I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff, especially the executive lounge team, who were phenomenal throughout my trip. Jamaica, who was one of the hosts in the executive lounge, delivered exceptional service throughout my stay. The entire lounge team and chefs tailored the experience to fit my needs, and nothing was too much for them to do for me. Kenneth at the bar and Riza the manager were also superb and looked after me well. Housekeeping were also excellent. Thank you Radisson Blu Cebu! I will definitely return."

"A large hotel in the center of Cebu, close to Ayala Center. It seems to attract mostly business travelers. The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room without needing to ask for them."

"First of all, excellent hotel. Nearly on par with the best. Despite construction work, it was nearly transparent. The hotel policies should be reviewed. Primarily, you should be allowed to use luggage racks without assistance. It isn’t as though we were going to keep them in our room while we weee obviously checking out. This was beyond frustrating when all we were doing is bringing our luggage down to check out. The thermostat in our room never worked. We had to shut it off to keep from freezing at night. Also would prefer a better vent for the bathroom."
