"英語留学のために1週間滞在しました。 ホテルは施設も部屋も綺麗で、快適です。スタッフもみんなとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。レストランは一つですが、どの料理もリーズナブルで美味しいです。 隣のショッピングモールに連絡通路から行けるので、雨でも濡れずに、何でも揃います。 コインランドリーはないので、ランドリーサービスを頼むしかなく、それだけは少し高く感じましたが、その日のうちに洗って届けてくれることを思えば、納得できます。 次回もぜひ利用したいです。"

"I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi...

"Brilliant hotel. Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen. The staff here deserve special mentiin. I hope they receive a Christmas bonus this year. The staff are exceptional and very professional yet also friendly and helpful. The room and bed was so comfortable i cant wait to stay here again next time I'm in Cebu city. Close to Mango, Ayala and I.T. park. Just one small issue is 190 pesos for an ice tea. Its hard to tip when the price is so exorbitant "
