"When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water."

"First time we stayed there. Room was nice but the smell of the seaweed sargassum was over welhming .. tv didn’t work.. then on our second stay here the room was grimy ac was. Mediocre at that. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating.. then in the next morning we were getting tract to check out zz but wanted to shower first.. come to find out the shower was broken.. and that was the icing on the cake ."
