Very clean rooms & friendly staff. It’s also quite convenient location if you are taking the water taxi in as it’s across the San Pedro water taxi dock. Highly recommend!

This stay was perfect, as everything was accessible. The hotel is across from the water taxi terminal so arrival was easy. All the restaurants, stores, and beaches are easily accessible. The staff was very helpful and the room was beautiful.

Good, clean hotel with all basic necessities provided. The room was quite spacious and clean. There is one low bench with a rod above with hangers. There is one drawer and one cabinet. The cabinet has a safe. There is a bench on top of the drawer-cabinet combo. There is a table and a chair. The hotel provides shampoo, bodywash, lotion and a soap. They provide complementary water bottles. There is a pool on the rooftop. All basic amenities are there The hotel is located in a good spot with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also a supermarket next door.

The property is centrally under some construction. When the construction is done, I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff were wonderful, and the rooms were roomy and clean. I will stay there on my next visit.

The Caye Hotel is located right off the pier from the water taxi and also located on the strip to eat and sign up for excursions. The hotel was peaceful, spacious rooms, and had a great sunrise view.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We especially appreciated the amazing staff including Alicia, Jenny, Arianna, Juan and Ian. Great staff at a convenient location to the water taxi. Be sure to ask if you book with a break as I think we were supposed to get it too but I didn't ask, from what I understand it includes vouchers to nearby places. Great experience and if returning we'd stay again!

The room was very clean , staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing was the hotel not having an elevator, our room was on the fourth floor and i didn’t know we had to use stairs only with our luggage but other than that great hotel and will stay again
