"I liked everything, extra nice courteous and friendly staff, they allowed me to my room 4 hours before check in time and kept bringing me water, coffee and tea without even asking while waiting, they offered me to have breakfast although I wasn't checked in yet.
Immaculate room, comfy bed, all the amenities you'd want in a hotel room and then some, very quiet area although it's few steps from Taksim square and Istiklal St.

The use of the Gold lounge really was the cherry on top and our two bedroom suite was huge and beautifully decorated. Murat and Seven who are Gold lounge butlers are so kind, professional and helpful and made our stay extra special."
