Amazing Hotel super friendly staff . Breakfast was delicious, always fresh fruits and delicious scrambled eggs. In walking distance to the beach . Dogs are welcome !!!

Great stay clean and comfortable

5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minute drive to the ferry to Venice. The restaurant is also popular and very good. Good value!

Great stay for a reasonable price

Hotel is definitely great, far beyond modest 2** stated. Room was spacious enough and comfortable, with all amenities, the same concerns bathroom. The staff , particularly manager Anna, is extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and really caring, cleaning and breakfast is also at the level. The location is very convenient, 3 minutes to bus stop, 6 minutes to public beach. The travel to mainland Venice (San Marco) is ca. 1 h, so if it is not your first stay in Venice, it is just great option to combine sunbathing in the morning and sightseeing in the afternoon.

Just far from S. Marcos, we had to move around almost 2 hours two ways to go back to the station. Overall the hotel is great.

Habe durch Zufall bei GOOGLE MAPS das Hotel gefunden. Schon beim ersten Telefonat war die Mitarbeiterin / Chefin sehr hilfsbereit. Waren nun vom 03.09-05.09 zu Gast im Hotel. Hatte zwar etwas Bedenken da es nur als 2 Sterne Hotel ausgewiesen ist. 4 Sterne wären aber nicht überbewertet. Das Hotel ist der Hammer. Zimmer Top. Frühstück Top. Service und Freundlichkeit wird hier "GROSSGESCHRIEBEN". Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick wohl.Die Chefin und die Mitarbeiter sind so nett. Sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel. Auf jeden Fall kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen.

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte camera tripla. L'hotel eccelle nella pulizia e nell'ordine, il personale delle pulizie cortesissimo e molto bravo mantiene l'ordine nelle stanze che sono arredate con gusto, moderne e confortevoli, l'unica pecca poche prese a servizio dei comodini; bagno bello e pulito, è presente un phone per capelli e un piccolo set di cortesia. La colazione è completa e si adatta alle esigenze dei turisti, il personale in cucina gentilissimo e professionale. La spiaggia è a 450 mt. Potete noleggiare un ombrellone e 2 lettini a prezzi che vanno dai 17 ai 25 euro a giornata, ma le spiagge che ci avevano venduto come ampie e come le "prime in Italia in eccellenza" addirittura superiore della riviera romagnola così ci hanno riferito (e capisco perché ce le invidiano tutte), non sono un granché, bagni vecchi e sporchi, e prezzi al bar e ristorante sicuramente esagerati per quello che offrono. Sinceramente consiglierei di fare un bel giro in riviera per vedere come far funzionare i servizi. Sicuramente da migliorare il check in e il check out con più serenità e cordialità, per il resto consiglio questo hotel per la posizione e la pulizia.

Pro: Schöne moderne Einrichtung,sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage, Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Hotelrestaurant mit guten Essen, man bekommt Vergünstigungen, Kontra: Klimaanlage hat sauer gerochen, nach ein paar Tagen vereinzelt Käfer im Zimmer vorgefunden mit Vermutung das die aus der Klima kommen, sehr wenig Stauraum vorhanden, Frühstück war etwas eintönig von der Auswahl, Säfte haben sehr verdächtig geschmeckt, Kaffee war eine enttäuschende Erfahrung für mich, Preis/Leistung nicht ok. Aber im großen Ganzen war es ein schönes Hotel und freundliches bemühtes Personal.
