"Loved location, views and the room with balcony"

"The motel was adequate for a one-night stay in East Melbourne and provided the basic facilities we needed. The location was convenient for accessing the city, and it served its purpose as somewhere to sleep overnight. However, the accommodation was quite basic and lacked the comfort and presentation we would normally expect. It may suit travellers looking for a simple, convenient overnight option. For us, it was satisfactory for one night, but we would choose alternative accommodation next...

"I’m not really sure what to say or where to start. I almost decided to sleep in my car. The people were friendly and sociable (aside from the host taking my phone off airplane mode when I asked for the wifi password; $20, kaching, for roaming!) but the home… hygiene was an issue from the kitchen to bathroom (bring your own toilet paper), the bedsheet was laid down, not big enough to be tucked, mosquitoes in the room all night, even a closed (?) door could not keep out the pot smell from the...

"This was my second stay and apart from the great location so close to the city, this is one of the quietest Hotels or Apartments I’ve ever stayed. The apartments aren’t brand new, but they are spacious and very comfortable. Reception is not always manned, so just make sure you message them to arrange check in."

"Comfortable stay for the week. Clean room, parking was easy and amenities were good."

"Stayed here as close to family. Clean, comfortable. Would stay again. Recommend."

"This is my go to stay when travelling to Melbourne. Quiet, clean and convenient. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Great over all!"

"We were surprised by the size of the room.It was larger than expected and very comfortable."

"Having construction near the hotel."

"My go-to when i make my annual trip from Canada, Clean, quiet, and close to beaches and the city. Lot's of great places to eat nearby and easy access to the train/ buses. Friendly staff. see you next year!! "

"I stayed in a room close to the front entrance which was quite noisy the first few nights. It did improve as it seemed less busy later. Cleaners are quite quick to get through the room. Not sure they vacuumed the week I was there. Great location opposite the beach and Brighton shops are nearby which is lovely."

"Good budget place. Perfectly fine for what it claims to be and what it is."

"Everything great excellent location close to everything."
