"Front staff lacks training in handling fire hazard/emergency situations. AC took long to get fixed after which sparks caused a fire that I extinguished and informed the reception staff to get this looked at asap but there was no real sense of danger/urgency on their behalf, which indicates I was purposely put in a defective room and wasted 3-4 hrs of my stay. "The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise.
