"Very clean. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Good bus service into Leeds. Stayed two nights, excellent breakfast, bit of a walk to the nearest pub but hadn’t checked the buses. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

"Very nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. "

"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.

"Very good location in center of York. Great view of York Minster. The family room is spacious for family of 5. Remodeled bathrooms with good shower facility.
The only downside is uneven hardwood floor makes noises. And less sound isolation. Mattress is too bouncy. "
"Beautiful property and landscaping. Really kind staff, hard-working, but slow service. Which is fine if you are up for a long relaxed meal. Probably a little understaffed.. Everyone worked very hard. Room was very nice but a little dated the bed was slightly soft for my comfort but very rich and historic site. "
