"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"The staff was wonderful. The house was charming and has an interesting history. Very close the down town. We stayed in the library room. Cleanliness I'd give it an 8/10. I had to move the end table as my phone cord fell behind it. A lot of dust bunnies behind there. Continental breakfast was good. The only bad thing I could say about our stay was that it was very noisy early in the morning. This room is on the main floor. The people staying above us were up extremely early and walked heavily...

"The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub...

"Parking was well lit. The breakfast for a free hotel breakfast was terrific. A nice couple running it that truly cared about the product and that you enjoyed it. I’d stay at hotel again just for that. "

"The waterslide was working which was a hit with the kids. The hallways were noisy as the room doors are not properly sealed so all the hall noise leaks into the rooms. Otherwise a clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. "
