"Beautiful landscaping! Did not have the opportunity to sit outdoors and enjoy the gardens or the veranda! Best time to go would be June to Sept to enjoy the outdoor settings. But I still rate a 10!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Great location"

"Location, location, location! We walked everywhere. Breakfast choices were very good and I appreciated healthy items on the buffet."

"All good great location very clean comfortable room."

"Loved everything about the Inn and Kingston! Will be back!"

"This hotel is very tired looking/feeling. It needs a complete refresh head to toe. It is actually hurting the appeal of downtown Kingston as it stands."

"Clean room, great view of the water and will be back."

"We had a great stay here. We've stayed at other Howard Johnson properties and I think this was the best one. Stylish room, immaculately clean room and front office, and a nice comfy bed. "Wonderful place with lots of room, comfortable bed and nice hot tub"

The location of the hotel meant that you had to drive everywhere. Nothing was in walking distance. Regardless, the parking was free, the staff was friendly and we had a very nice time."

"Initially confused to see 2 hotel names on the building - Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Express. It appears this is a dual-brand hotel property, with shared amenities. The reception desk can assist guests for either hotel booking. Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff. Clean rooms, with full kitchens which is convenient for longer stays. There is even a laundry basket in the closet if you need to do laundry downstairs. Lots of storage in the room. Bathroom products are all Dove,...
