The kettle was dirty which staff changed for me on my request; The shower wasn’t draining so after one person had shower, no one else can step in as it’s like a pool. Asked reception but no assistance provided other than “sorry”. Bathroom floor got very wet after the shower so suggesting leaking somewhere."

The hotel has some clear positives: the location is very beautiful, right by the loch, and the setting is peaceful and atmospheriс, the staff are nice and friendly. "The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"

"Very conveniently located to Loch Lomond & the highlands. The staff (Alistair, Faith, & George, to name a few) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The dining room was bright & neat & clean. The food was very nice and there was a wide variety to choose from for dinner. This is an older hotel, but everything worked. The soundproofing was excellent! Could not hear the motorway or people in adjacent rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel was full."
