We stayed at Duck Bay while travelling from Yorkshire to Mull, and it was exactly what we needed. The views across Loch Lomond are truly stunning, and watching the sunrise on the morning of our departure was a beautiful moment. The food was outstanding in both quality and taste — a real highlight of our stay. But it wasn’t just the scenery or the fantastic room that made the experience memorable; it was the people. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, upbeat, and clearly proud of the service they provide. Our stay felt calm, comfortable, and well looked after from start to finish. It was a lovely break in the journey, and we left feeling refreshed. Thank you to the Duck Bay team for making our visit so enjoyable.

Excellent hotel in fantastic location on Loch. Bedroom was good size and nicely decorated and designed, clean and with tea/coffee maker. Bathroom was modern with a large shower cabinet with rain forest shower. The room we had had a seating area outside and a shared terrace looking over the Loch. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice hot breakfast served to your table.

Returned after our first hotel stay 15 years ago and was lucky to be able to book the executive suite which was awesome, looking out to Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond from our bedroom window was all to sereal and already planning another night soon. The staff in the restaurant go above and beyond and are friendly and welcoming. However the receptionist who "wecomed" us was more interested in telling us what we could not do, having arrived 30 minutes before check in time. We did not ask for any early entry or ask to leave our bags, simply wanted to know where we could go for a drink/coffee until check in time. No such information was offered just reiterated that we could not get in to our room. A less than welcoming welcome.

Beautiful location, nice little refurbished hotel with lovely little rooms. Food was brilliant, love the little combined cafe/bar idea where you can mix cocktails with cake. Bed was a bit small but for the price, our stay was amazing.
