"Take an umberella for the walk from the hotel to the resturant as there is no cover outdoors. There is no air con in the rooms had the leave the patio door open during the night."

"The food was excellent both at the pub/ restaurant and cafe and the staff were friendly. We have travelled a lot and I’ve never felt so mis-led about a property. The hotel has no access to the lake or the lovely grass yard in front of it. It is almost completely enclosed by a 6ft high fence with “no access” signs all over it that are pretty much what you are looking at. Also, there was no fridge or coffee maker (even tho they roast coffee on site!) in our room and the little store and cafe...

"Convenient and relatively cheap 1 night stop if want to be close to centre of greenock. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking right out side block. The old student accomodation is a bit run down and a bit soulless. Old creeky springed matress. Helpful though to have acess to a shared kitchen with ketlle, microwave and fridge. Kettle and tv also in room. Small but functional bathroom . Ok for 1 night."
