"We had a beautiful spacious, well equipped room including a sauna room in the bathroom. Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked. Good communication pre visit and especially with late self check in Would definitely recommend -great location too in the old part of Palermo -5 minutes from the cathedral"

Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. "The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"

"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor.
