I also want to extend heartfelt thanks to Sara, who noticed from my husband’s passport that it was his birthday. She went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful birthday greeting and a delicious dessert delivered to our room. It was such a memorable and personal touch. And finally, Morena deserves recognition for her kindness and professionalism during our checkout. She assisted me with purchasing the book about the hotel’s history and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care were truly appreciated. Our room was wonderfully spacious—a delightful surprise, especially since we had just come off a river cruise. It felt at least two and a half times larger than our cabin, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Overall, Park Victoria Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of it"

When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious.
