We loved our stay at Fattoria Ca' di Fattino! The space was charming, quiet, and picturesque. When you stay here, you are entering into the slow, down-to-earth pace of rural Tuscany. The owner and her staff were hospitable and kind, and we felt welcomed into this home. The location was excellent for day trips to Bologna and Florence. The breakfast was a great way to start each morning, and the restaurant just up the hill from the home was excellent and authentic. Fattoria Ca' di Fattino is a quaint, welcoming space that is a great way to experience daily life in a small Tuscan town.

This place is truly a hidden gem! The house is antique and beautifully maintained, full of charm and character. The hosts are lovely—so friendly and attentive—which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was complete and absolutely delicious. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I randomly booked this accommodation as we were looking for a place in the country side close to both Firenze and Bologna - and it was great! The place is in a remote but stunning location and the room was very clean! The hosts were so kind and friendly, giving us hugs and local recommendations which we appreciated. It is a lovely place to stay if you want to be in peaceful and quiet place but want to be around an hour drive away from bigger cities. The breakfast was also lovely. Just some things to keep in mind. This place is on a farm with lots of horses, dogs and chickens so if you are allergic it might not be an ideal place. I have allergies but the room was so clean I didn't get any reaction though! The room itself we stayed in was beautiful and clean but didn't have any kettle or mini-fridge which would have been nice to have. There is a communal fridge you can use though. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Amazing Place to stay, I wish I had more days to stay there. Titti the owner is a lovely lady, welcoming and she goes above and beyond to help. The house is clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was simple but prepared with lots of love. Totally recommend this place to stay.

The owners was so sweet and welcoming! And a beautiful area! Cozy restaurant just nearby where we had really good food. The comfort however was not up to standard: the double bed were very very soft and the actual duvets and linen was quite old and a bit smelly. The place was extremely noisy as well as one could literally hear the guests farting and sneezing upstairs as well as flushing the toilet. The breakfast was alright. Again the hostess was really really friendly and nice and we even got a farewell present upon check out. We would actually love to come back in the summer if the place just had better beds as the comfort of beds really mean a lot to us. As well as no noise.
