Our kids loved the place and the pool! We as parent loved that it was very quiet, which is the opposite of what you would expect.
Hotel has plenty of parking and very close to the park. We liked it so much that ended up extending 3 more nights.
Everything went smoothly at check-in. Our room was lovely. The kids loved solving the clues to find the prize. For such a big room, the price was great. The pool was just outside our room and we enjoyed it and had some snacks at the pool bar. The food wasn't great there. The hotel is strange with the lobby in one building and the rooms in other unconnected buildings. The staff were efficient but not friendly or particularly helpful. Check out at 11 felt a bit rushed. If I were going again I'd stay in the Gardaland Hotel. This seemed to have a better atmosphere with everything in the one building.
Great stay at the Magic Hotel. My kids loved it... the room was very clean and spacey, equipped with A/C. Room cleaning every day, with fresh towels, water, etc.free parking and friendly staff.
Of nagatives were: the pool rules were very strict and strange. Unable to throw our kids in the air and the need to cover the hair while swimming was strange. The lifeguards should stop using their whistle so much. The onsite bar/kiosk was very expensive as was everything else, like the food at the resturant.
Good base with pool for exploring Lake Garda. Shuttle bus runs from the station to the park, and then the Park to hotel. If you don’t have a car you would need to get taxis.
The shower looked like it could use a really good scrub but otherwise the room looks as nice. The staff however were not very helpful at all. At check in, the reception seemed almost irritated we had arrived and when the safe in our room wouldn’t work, the attendant that they had sent up said “well I don’t know, not my problem, not my job” so someone else had to come. They seemed like it was an issue if we even asked a question about anything so we didn’t bother after that. The room itself was fun for our son so that was good at least. We did have fun going to Gardaland and it was nice to be able to be there quickly. We didn’t bother going to eat at the hotel at all.
Hotelli hyvä majoituspaikka erityisesti Gardalandissa vieraileville perheille.
Personale molto cortese e professionale.
Albergo bellissimo, ben rifinito. Caccia al tesoro in camera. Pulito.
