"This property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The staff greeted us with warm smiles at every hour of the day and were always eager to help. They never simply said "no"—if something wasn't available, they would gladly find an alternative. We stayed at a five-star hotel four years ago, and Grand Europa surpassed that experience in every way. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were amazing. Teresa Lauro was always so welcoming. The breakfast has so many various food options, including Gluten Free. Hotel is walking distance to all restaurants and the huge amount of gift shops. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location! Right on the beach and the view was breathtaking! Tons of restaurants right next to the hotel and everything is walkable. The location is the best!! The rooms were super CLEAN, which was important to me. We had two rooms and cleaning service came each day. The breakfast on the terrace was special! The staff was so very helpful which was important to me since we were visiting from the US. I loved everything about this hotel and would recommend 100%!"

"This hotel was fantastic! Right on the beach which we loved as we could walk down and enjoy. The staff was incredibly friendly and so willing to help, which was important to me being a visitor for the US. It was CLEAN! This is always my biggest fear and housekeeping was provided each day and the rooms were clean. For an Italian island I was surprised how big the rooms were. We booked 2 bigger rooms and they were large. 3 beds in each room. One of the best parts is the free shuttle. It runs constantly and a fantastic service since the hotel is not in the city center. It's a quick trip back and forth. I 100% recommend Hotel Weber!"

"Everything is wonderful about this property! The one issue is after a long day of exploring be prepared for the pool not being open. It closed at 7:00 pm in the June/July heatwave. I believe they do this because the higher end restaurant is in the same location."

"This hotel is modern, clean, and convenient. The location is right across from the central train station and is a pickup/dropoff point for many local tours. They offer a nice upgrade package with a daily breakfast buffet, which accommodates diners from across cultures, and the ability to check in early, which allowed me to go straight from the airport to my room for a nap. Even though the location is very central, the traffic is surprisingly quiet at night."
