"The hotel is in a really rough part of the city. Next to it an abandoned block of flats. The rooms are spacious but need a few touch ups. If you just need to sleep, it’s ok, otherwise, pick somewhere else. Staff was lovely, apart from the security guards."

"On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel. "

"They advertise free shuttle to airport but they charge you for it … there is a free shuttle from the airport itself to move around but the bus stop is far from the hotel … also the ac was set up for heater and it was hot in the room …"
