"Location is premiere. Room is small but cozy. Elevator fits only 2 persons. Wifi is good. Windows insulate the outside noise very well. Keep in mind, the lobby is upstairs and is very tiny. Coffee and snacks are available. We enjoyed the stay. Next time probably will do more days."

"The room is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. One takeaway is that the elevator was broken the day we checked in. The front desk staff gave us a room on the 2nd floor since we have luggages. It was still a struggle to bring the luggages up, but at least we got our exercise. The elevator got fixed the afternoon of the following day. The room came with a small fridge with drinks and snacks for a small fee. Most importantly, the AC is nice and cold! The hotel is practically at the mall, 2-3min walk to the Flanders and Euro train stations, and plenty food places around. Very, very convenient!"

"Great location .Staff were great and very helpful.Stayed in a single room which was clean and adequate for 2 nights but the shower cubicle is narrow and would be unsuitable for a larger person.Buffet breakfast ok .Overall recommended for a short stay"

"The rooms were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only two criticisms were that the eggs were pretty bad, and one of the lifts was out of order (which was a pain for us with a pushchair). Also: just give us teabags. The loose leaf kept coming out of the strainers leaving leaves floating in my tea"
