The staff, we haven’t met anyone in person though communication was good, sent us a message prior to our arrival regarding check-in time and she replies to our queries immediately, if we need assistance. "My wife and I stayed six nights at this wonderful property in October 2025. Ernesto and Paola were extremely gracious with their time and care to ensure we had a memorable vacation. No need was left unattended to. They assisted with dinner reservations, tour tickets as well as transportation to the airport. We consider them new friends and will certainly stay with them next time we are in Rome."

"Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless."
