Overall ok. Just empty when we were there

Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

This is a hotel designed for exhibitions and business conferences - so feels as such. But it offers great value for money out of season. An improvement would be hotel transport to the train station or the centre of town - which is otherwise hard to get to.

The only good thing about this property was it was within reasonable costs but everything else was more or less terrible - old property, very limited to no transportation facilities, they don’t provide you with water in your room after your first night of stay, PATHETIC WiFi, room service provided us with torn towels - it is a huge and massive hotel but empty so it almost feels haunted. Extremely disappointed with this stay!

Jeg var der til et større arrangement, der blev holdt på hotellet over flere dage, men det virkede til, at hotellet ellers var lukket. Det var svært at finde indgangen, og lobbyen lå nærmest hen i mørke, da vi ankom. Hotellet er slidt, interiøret ret gammelt og arkitekturen pompøs og grim på en fattigfin 1990'eragtig måde. Beliggenheden er ret afsides, og man skal enten gå langt fra Caserta station eller komme i bil. Morgenmaden var okay, men ensformig, dog med et stort udvalg af skærekager, hvis man er til det om morgenen. Personalet var høflige nok, men virkede ikke meget imødekommende eller engagerede. På plussiden var værelset rummeligt, sengen behagelig og rengøringen fin. Ikke et sted, jeg ville komme tilbage til, hvis ikke det var til et lignende arrangement.
