La strutttura è in una buona posizione. La pulizia (in particolare del bagno) lascia piuttosto a desiderare ma soprattutto sono presenti dei generatori che causano un forte rumore anche di notte rendendo difficile dormire. Esperienza da non ripetere

Struttura semplice e arredata in modo a dir poco essenziale. Camere senza quadri e senza specchi!. piscina sporca in quanto sul fondo c’erano terra e sassi. Nessuno in tre giorni si è degnato di intervenire, nonostante lo avessi fatto presente alla reception. La stanza odorava di fogna, l’odore proveniva dal bagno, i muri erano macchiati e i battiscopa scollati. La stanza ci è stata assegnata senza I averla sistemata prima. La signora Gaia, responsabile della struttura alle mie lamentele ha risposto infastidita e in modo non professionale. Colloquio chiarificatore avvenuto telefonicamente e non di persona. Alla fine mi è stato aggiudicato uno sconto di € 50. Spero che questa mia lamentala possa essere vista dalla struttura come una critica costruttiva per poter migliorare e non come un tentativo da parte mia di voler soggiornare a gratis.

La struttura è molto bella. Un particolare apprezzamento per la colazione eccezionale così come per il ristorante. Un particolare ringraziamento a Daniel, Alessandro, Amir e tutto il personale della struttura, sempre presente e disponibile. Le camere sono spaziose e nuove, ottimo per le famiglie.

La struttura è molto bella, ci sarebbero molti servizi di cui poter usufruire, purtroppo nonostante siamo ai primi di agosto ed in alta stagione, i servizi sono risultati molto scarsi. Per menzionarne uno non avevo nemmeno l’acqua dentro al frigo bar in camera, di agosto!

Molto buono

Mi sono trovato molto bene; un po' alti i prezzi per pranzo e cena, ma ci ritornerò.Camere comode e personale sia della reception che di sala molto cordiali. Darei anche un bel 9 come voto al cameriere di sala con cui si è potuto anche scherzare.

Più ombre che luci!

Nonostante avessimo prenotato una delle camere grandi ci è stata assegnata una cameretta di risulta ad angolo, in tre riuscivamo appena a muoverci. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare e il design moderno dell’albergo certo non aiuta a trovare una bella atmosfera ( imperava ovunque un grigio tortora che rendeva le camerette buie e tristi ) l’arredamento è ultra minimalista, senza armadi nè comodini o appendiabiti, assolutamente inadatto per famiglie.Fuori c’è un bel prato con piscina, ma con il clima casciano l’acqua è gelata, consiglierei di riscaldarla! Il personale è i”mpersonale”, si vede che la proprietà è lontana. Unica nota positiva la qualità della cucina del ristorante e della colazione, anche se anche lì l’ambiente risultava cupo e freddo.

peccato per le pulizie

non particolarmente pulito.le signore delle pulizie inoltre hanno lasciato tutto spalancato e sono entrate le mosche.hanno messo metà pigiama sotto le coperte (neanche sotto il cuscino)e metà sopra le coperte neanche piegato.negli angoli polvere. per il resto la struttura è confortevole e anche il personale adeguato

Spostati su Hotel La Reggia

Siamo stati direttati in quest'hotel dopo aver prenotato presso l'hotel La Corte. La struttura si presenta molto bene, pulita e ristrutturata da poco. Molto bella la piscina all'aperto. Discreta ma abbondante la colazione. Asciugamani per la doccia mancanti ma, dietro richiesta al desk, ci sono stati gentilmente forniti. Un'unica annotazione, ci siamo ritrovati in piscina con un'orda di decine di ragazzini (età 6-8 anni) provenienti da un campo estivo alloggiati presso un'altra struttura. La tranquillità del posto ne è risultata inevitabilmente compromessa. Avremmo sicuramente gradito essere avvisati prima, al momento del cambio hotel.

Grazioso Hotel . Colazione abbastanza deludente sia in quantita' che qualita' con cornetti usciti da un film Horror. Il personale della reception educato per l'amor del cielo ma un tantino scostanti . Cmq nel complesso un buon Hotel che consigliere agli amici impegnati nel loro tour religioso anche grazie alla sua posizione che ti permette di raggiungere la Basilica in pochi minuti
