"When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!"

"I was very pleased and impressed with this hotel. It’s a perfect place for a 1 or 2 night stay 5 minutes from the airport! The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast is good and offered more than I expected. There’s really good coffee in the lobby, a pool and outside lounge area. I love the egg/swing chairs in the lobby. I would definitely again!"

The food is great and drinks are well crafted. This is our go-to for our casual trips to Portland. They are pet friendly and still so nice! "

"The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels."
