"The hotel is old but I’ve been to older hotels that were well kept and clean , this one was not . There is a old smell that permeates it , the elevator looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in months , we passed the ice machine in the hall and was appalled by the filth were you put your ice bucket to get you ice , (if the outside looks like that I’m sure there is mold on the inside and I’m definitely not going to get that ice !) .All though the room was large , there was bottle cap on the floor by the couch, the bed springs in my back kept me up , the worn out toilet sheet was awful , there was mold spots around the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower tub did not look safe not to mention it was not cleaned at all -Don’t recommend anyone stay here "

"Oddly, there isn't a sign on the main road indicating the entrance to the hotel (as the hotel is behind several businesses) so at first I thought I was going in the back way. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell, close to baby powder but not quite, so I had to leave the door to the room open for about 10 minutes to air out the place. The shower had a pool of water sitting in it which didn't scream clean. And the shower curtain was torn on one side so you couldn't fully close the curtain. The room door had a large gap all the way around it letting in lots of hot air (the poor AC had to work hard) plus all the sounds and conversations from outside (not very quiet). And in the morning, when I woke up, there was a water bug climbing up a wall, and when I moved my stuff off the table, there was another bug. Would never stay here again. "

"they advertise as a full kitchen, suite hotel. When we got there, we found there were no pots pans cutlery, dishes, nothing. Then they expect you to go downstairs and buy all that stuff to use. It’s kind of a bait and switch false advertising deal. The place seemed to be brand new and the staff were quite helpful. It would’ve been good to know about furnishing your own kitchen items."

"The breakfast was wonderful! So many selections and a comfortable room in which to dine. We met several couples and enjoyed their company. The hotel is old and we had to weave through from one side of the building to the other. It was a bit confusing. The upgrades are nice, but we would have appreciated a small table where we could eat. There is a microwave and refrigerator so we brought snacks, but had to balance them on our lap and the foot stool. Thank you for a lovely bed and nice friendly service. Hugs, Sandy Czaja"

"Lobby was fresh, The 2nd and 3rd floors though smell like mold and mildew along with the 70's. Carpet was not clean and you can definitely see the stains on the carpet. The building itself probably would not pass a safety inspection. The stairs bolts are all coming undone and loose, the masonry has been saturated at some point and the block is starting the deteriorate. The room ceiling had water stains as well. The doors to the stairs are locked 24-7 so you have to go thru the lobby in order to get into your room. They are definitely not the most affordable for what your getting in return. "
