"Pool/hot tub out of order. Waffle iron in the breakfast was out of order. No hot water or microwave (except in room). Room was dirty, mattress on the couch bed was badly stained. The blankets were stained and falling apart. Pillows lumpy. The a/c worked. "

"Incredible staff, but that's about it. The room was gross and in very rough shape. AC was literally duct taped together. The carpet was gross and sticky. Our socks were sticking to it... Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE outside, and an awful musty smell in the rooms. "

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. "
