"Everything was good , exept the thing that when we were about to take maya train we didnt have enogh time to have our breakfast , they should start breakfast at 6:00 am instead of 7 just for travelers that are going to tren Maya , thank you so much"

"I chose this hotel as a get away. It was for the two year anniversary of a loss. I wanted a beautiful, peaceful retreat. It was all those things. I needed to see a doctor and then on the way to the train I forgot my luggage. Both problems were resolved quickly and cheerfully. I recommend the relaxing massage also."
