"Great resort-style hotel to chill out in and use as a base for sightseeing. The price is hard to beat for what you get. It’s located close to the Palenque Maya site which puts it in the middle of the jungle. It makes the Maya ruins a breeze to reach but limits alternative dining options or going for a quick walk in town. The setting is awesome though if you like being in nature. The hotel restaurant has tasty food even if it wasn’t the best I had during my four weeks in Mexico. Friendly staff as well. "

"This hotel is not a fancy property, but it is nothing short of wonderful. Surrounded by the jungle, the parking area lined with bamboo trees, you feel like you are truly in contact with Mother Nature. Staff were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed, they really went the extra mile. Room was very clean, great natural light, and good bedding, we were really tired after visiting the Palenque ruins, so this was very much appreciated. We had an issue with hot water (believe it or not, weather was ok the cool side), but quickly resolved. In summary, we loved it and we hope we can come back soon!!!"
