"The mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable.
The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference. "

"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english.
