This property is not for one night stay

No towels, no toilet paper, no air conditioner, no soap (found a small piece of used soap). kitchen gas only lasted in several minutes. Oven and Microwave work normally. Found hairs and dusty on beds, seems the beddings didn't change for every booking. We called the phone listed on hotel.com, only got “no speaking English”. The owner listed languages: French, Arabic and English. When booking the property, you have to read carefully besides the local taxes, there is an additional charge for each settlement. It should not be a hotel property.
