"If breakfast is improved then the hotel is deserved 5 stars. We stayed 2 nights and the 2nd day breakfast was already boring."

"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"nice place. friendly staff. would stay again"

"Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in. Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums. Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. The two gentlemen I interacted with both spoke English well. Recommended."

"The place was very clean, has everything we needed. Most sites are within a 25-30 min. I appreciated the fact that they let me check into the apt 3 hours early at no additional cost. Great place! I highly recommend it."

"Staff was super helpful and this was perfect for our group of 2 families. Breakfast buffet was great too"

"Everyone spoke English, which is very helpful for anyone traveling abroad. The staff we're able to provide many great recommendations. The Breakfast service is not included in the cost but is absolutely worth it! And location is amazing, a short walk to Amy great sites and restaurants."

"We were positively surprised with breakfast and the breakfast room. Very complete, great staff, clean, well stacked, well organized, beautifully set-up. Staff was very nice and very attentive. We did not like the location, we were also staying during a weekend of many public protests, so it was loud during the mornings, and very busy outside. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so ordering a taxi, or a car is difficult because they can not park or wait."

"スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、感謝いたします。体調が悪い友人のために尽力して下さいました。部屋も清潔で湯沸器やお茶、コーヒーも飲めます。ジャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディジェルも完備されてており、とても快適です。また洗面所の照明が明るく、身支度がとてもしやすかったです。広場の近くで交通アクセスもよく、治安も気になりませんでした。"

"I arrived late at 10:00 pm ,very tired and wondered how to get in the building for the check in machine. Fortunately, the staff opened the door for us. Apartment was a bit far for 5 minutes walking from train station and a little bit complicated at first time searhing for the apartment."

"Modern, very clean hotel in a great location."
