"Everything about this hotel was incredible!! The room, the staff, the atmosphere.....top notch!! They offer many GF options, which I was thankful for!! We also booked the wine blending experience, which was a must do!! Our guide, Sofia, was knowledgeable and super friendly! The stafff were incredibly efficient and always so kind. I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this...

"There was no closet per/say. There was a rack with several hangers. It was quite modern and stylish. The A/C did not function in our room and there was no one on staff who showed how to use it. The street noise at night was quite noticeable. The desk person was quite helpful in getting us transportation to our cruise ship."

Not really walkable to city centre but hop on hop off bus stop across the road , local bus stop nearby and reasonable taxi fare either. Rooms so quiet and peaceful.Overall lovely experience ."

"We loved this great little boutique hotel! The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, especially sitting outside to eat. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The location was awesome. We highly recommend it! This would not be a good location for someone with limited mobility due to the hotel being located on a steep hill where cars cannot park. The entrance has stairs that you will need to.walk up with your luggage."

Staff were very helpful - one team member conjured up tickets for a Champions League game, another sorted out a doctor to visit for my onset of back pain. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant and the main dining venue was unfussy and full of flavour. Recommended!"
