"Everyone is soooo rude. I swapped rooms 3x trying to get a bathtub that wasn’t going to cut me when I sat down bc it was falling apart in sharp pieces and finally just said forget it. They wanna charge you a new deposit every night and $25 a night per dog for ESA. Yet they got ppl living there who have drilled holes in the room vents for their crack pipes. Unreal. "

"Last minute booking in the middle of the night here. Reserving was easy. Checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was nice and easy to deal with!"

"Wildwood Resort is an excellent place offering peace and quiet just don't go there in their offseason. A major drawback is the resort does not have any backup power such as a generator for IF the power goes out. During my stay there was a cold, windy,, rainy storm and the electricity went out and was out all night it was very cold in the 30's outside and it got very cold in my unit. I went to the office and a note was on the door saying that the staff had left early. There was no one available and I had to call twice for someone to come and help me get some heat in my very cold and dark room. I was brought a space heater. I had to sleep with all my clothes, a hat, and socks to stay warm. No one ever came later to see how I was or to apologize for the inconvenience that I sadly experienced because they have no generator power backup. "

" This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean. We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn brand."
