The staff was excellent. Very nice and welcoming. When I had a problem with the room, they moved me to a different room very quickly. Great location next to KSU. Room is very big, bed is comfy, and everything was clean. The only reason for it losing a star is because as a big guy (6'5"/315), I need good water pressure and lots of water to shower. Otherwise what should be a 5-10 min shower turns into a 20+ because there isn't enough volume to effectively rinse me. I also vehemently oppose motion sensor thermostats.

we checked in on a Saturday night the room smelled of mold and mildew, there was mold in the bathroom we requested to be changed to another room. The staff was extremely nice switched us to another room that had the same problem, we were then switched to another room that did have similar problems. We did end up staying because we had no other choice as it was late in the evening however, we were very dissatisfied with the room itself. Staff was very friendly though.

We chose this hotel at random, but because it could accommodate our family of 5 in one suite. The hotel was like new and in a quiet and safe area. Also, very convenient to I-75.

Everything felt so clean and the hotel itself is super quiet/peaceful. Any staff member I spoke with was incredibly kind and welcoming, overall I'd highly recommend this hotel in the future. Free breakfast, 24/7 little market in the lobby in case you forget something, and super comfy beds!
