Location was fantastic, right on the beach, with lovely pool, as well. No food available between 3:00pm-8:00pm and dinner is only a pricey buffet, that wasn’t great. Breakfast is included and that buffet was much better. Old room decor & size. Dangerous small step out to balcony.

Previously visited in 1971 on family holiday as a 14 yr old teenager. Refurbished to high standard but disappointing that no hot drinks facility in the room and only 1 iron available for the whole horel and NO ironing board

El hotel es excelente. Playa y piscina al lado. El servicio de camareros, perfecto. La recepción, pensamos que tiene que estar bien informada sobre los horarios de autobuses, para ir a Murcia o Cartagena, ya que se recomienda usar el transporte público.

Tolles Hotel in la Manga . Zimmer groß, tolle Aussicht . Gutes Buffet Restaurant. Waren5 Tage in diesen Hotel ,und es war immer was Anderes zu Essen da . Werden wieder kommen .

Mycket fint hotell på bästa läget

Superfint o fantastiskt läge direkt på stranden! Varierad mat, mkt att välja på. Fruktansvärd volym i restaurangen dock! Ett evigt tjatande av dörrar eller ventilation, tappar någon bestick i det hårda golvet får du tinnitus. Så synd att volymen markant drar ner upplevelsen. Mycket fint personal som ivrigt plockar disk/ tallrikar o håller snyggt. Fick byta rum efter myrinvasionen, men hotellet vägrar att betala någon som helst kompensation för detta. Mycket dåligt då det tog tid att packa ihop ett helt rum, vänta på nytt o flytta in igen. Besviken på detta! De hänvisar till hotels.com vilka vi ska kontakta.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet einen tollen Blick von den Zimmerbalkonen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegebereiche und Bar macht einen guten Eindruck (die Kacheln des Pools sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen.). Eher negativ haben wir den Restaurantbereich empfunden. Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, die Gestaltung des Bereichs und die Abläufe haben aber eher Kantinenflair. Kühlschränke, Besteck-/Geschirrbuffets stehen mitten im Raum. Das Sortieren etc. des abgetragenen Geschirrs/Bestecks erfolgt im Raum und erhöht zusätzlich den Lärmpegel in dem nicht mit Schalldämmungsmaßnahmen versehenen großen Speiseraum. Insgesamt passt das nicht zur sonstigen Gestaltung des Hauses.

Nicht zu empfehlen, 4 Sterne, niemals!!!!

Das Hotel an sich ist sauber und einigermaßen komfortabel, allerdings sind die Betten sehr unbequem und laut, bei jeder Drehung knarrt und quietschte das Bett, auch die WC Tür knarrte überdurchschnittlich laut, eine reklamation an der Rezeption brachte zwar einen Haustechniker vorbei allerdings konnte der das Problem auch nicht lösen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ziemlich enttäuschend meist war alles nur Kurzfristig vorrätig und wurde nicht oder nur sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt, die Frühstückszeit von 08:30-10:30, nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Abends wurde die Bar und Lobby mit unerträglich lauter Lifemusik überflutet, so dass eine normale, ruhige Unterhaltung überhaupt nicht möglich war, wir sind dann aufs Zimmer gegangen, welches glücklicherweise auf der anderen Seite lag und wir diesen Lärm nicht ertragen mussten. Das sogenannte Restaurant und Speisesaal hat den Charm einer Bahnhofshalle, die Stühle sind mit billigem Lederimitat bezogen, die Klimaanlagen haben einem fast Erfrierungen bereitet und es war ein Höllenlärm in dem Raum sobald dort mehr als 10 Menschen anwesend waren. Alles in allem ein nicht zu empfehlendes Haus.

The staff is friendly and try to get to you as soon as possible. Very nice sea view with direct access. The A/C was broken almost all the time, unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel in a beach. Also, the system to pay drinks at the restaurant and then the food at the reception each time is jusrlt ridiculous.

LaManga - Hotel Servigroup Galua

Hotel perched on rocks. Views off terrace on 3rd floor room were amazing. Slept with doors open all night to listen to the waves. Pool overlooks the south side of the ocean. Large, good pool chairs there as well as on the grass area. Pool bar - bartender was excellent& friendly. 1/2 board booked for stay. couldn't change. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner buffet was ho hum, but only did that 1st/3 nights. Great location @3km mark. walked south on beach to lighthouse. room comfy. 2 twin beds put together = king. that's how you had to book room. otherwise have double. We're 6'5 & 5"10. would stay here again. walk to bay side is 7 minutes directly west. Sunset bar there. gorgeous sun set!!! USA rank would be 3.5 stars, only because of age of hotel,but everything in hotel was spotless . housekeeping outstanding as well as front desk staff. Were there sept 19-22. (off season)

El recepcionista Adolfo fue más que amable y servicial y y me resolvió el problema de aparcamiento. Las vistas fantásticas y muy originales porque se ve el mar y la laguna interior a la vez. Habitaciones grandes y muy cuidadas. Ni una pega.
