"The hotel is right off the main street where all the shops, food, beach and casino are located. Great location! They have a restaurant inside and the food is amazing. On checking in we were like "oh my goodness! What are they making!?" Literally delicious breakfast! They have a hot tub although I wish it had more bubbles lol and a small pool. They also have a small gym with everything you need to get your sweat on. The rooms were spacious and pretty clean. Some areas did have wear and tear but nothing to write about. All and all I'd stay again and again just for the french toast alone! Lol"

"Stay was fine with the exception of being caught offguard by maintenance randomly changing the battery to my door lock without announcing themselves. It’s startling to hear someone at your door & peek out to see them knelt down messing with the lock to your room—a simple knock to inform me would have helped. I even called downstairs to verify to be sure. Front desk was polite and accommodating. Room was fairly clean but finding stray hairs throughout room & bath was off putting. Though property is in walking distance of the beach, the pool could be upgraded and made much larger. "

"I checked in a day late due to wanting an extra day at our bnb. I attempted to call the hotel several times to inform them of this to no avail. It would just ring then hang up i did this several times from morning into the night at which time I reached out to Expedia who was able to assist me in getting ahold of them via email. Once I was able to talk to them it was great they assured they would hold my reservation. No refund was offered which I didn't expect but I thought moving my reservation a day out would have been a possibility but when I asked it was declined because "i booked with a third party" made no sense to me but whatever. The worst thing about the hotel wasn't the tiny room or the fact that our sink had body wash and our shower had the hand wash which no one was able to change when I asked. It was the fact that the entire top of the shower in room 205 is covered in black mold. The hotel was in a great location and I would stay again if they fixed the mold issues. Too pricey to deal with those sort of problems! The restaurant we shared some of everything and none of it was necessarily good. Much better food right the down the street. Tyzans is a must! All in all it wasn't terrible but it was not worth it. The fact that Noone answered the phone then entire time we were there, and the front desk was of no assistance with the mold or soap issues just made me see the hotel as unprofessional. Again the location is great, views are beautiful. But the room is small!"
