"Room was clean, walls need to be washed or repainted, bed was contrable and clean. Shower floods, floor and door to washroom need to be fixed as lots of water damage from other who have stayed there.Staff was ok, just not very welcoming they weren't very chatty kinda felt like I was annoying them by asking if I was at proper spot. As theres 2 or 3 abandon building around then and front entrance looks more like a strip mall than a hotel entrance. I felt awkward speaking English as all the staff I spoke to didn't seem to like I didn't know mush Portuguese. Breakfast was ok but very cold and they tried charging me for two insisted of one. TBO I feel like they all hate there job, even kitchen woman staff was angry., could hear smashing dishes in back and when she came out to refill food she was cursing. Area sucks not much to see or do. Shuttle services offered at hotel to and from airport wasnt free they wanted to charge me 29 euros, where bolt charged me 6 euros. Its close to airport but really not a good area to enjoy even for 1 night i wouldn't recommend not worth the 150 euro for 1 night. Unless you want to take a bus or taxi somewhere else to tour around. "

"fantastic location across from train station. Breakfast buffet is extensive and worth taking some time to enjoy (we had to rush to make the train). Also we got good use of the indoor pool and sauna and steam room"
