"The building and grounds here are absolutely beautiful. It's clearly been a wonderful place to stay at some point. Having said that, our trip was generally very disappointing. We arrived in the evening, and there were no staff at all to be seen. There was a bar open, with music playing, and no staff. A sign noted to call a mobile number for help. "On arrival we were warmly greeted and informed where breakfast would be served and explained where our room was. The room was huge in size, light, airy and tastefully decorated. The en-suite was a good size and cleaned to a high standard as was the room. Breakfasts were amazing, VERY generous portions and well cooked.
