"CARLSBADS little secret! Great price, huge room! Clean room and bath, nice staff, good breakfast 😋 Soooo much cheaper than the chain hotels in the area. We enjoyed our stay, pool looked great wish we could have tried that too."

"The rooms were older and not well taken care of. It was not very clean. I don't know how in the world it got a score of 8 on the reviews. I would probably give it a 3."

"The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom were great. The friendliness and service of the staff were great too. It is an older location...older building. The washer and dryer were right next to our room so we could hear it running in our room. The days we were there the parking lot was full. We were concerned about the security of our vehicles, but the staff assured us that there were cameras and people actively watching the area. I was disappointed that they didn't have free breakfasts as...

"Wasn’t kept up well. Linens were clean though."

"What’s present in photos is not what you get. It’s pretty old building and it’s not that clean. They should not use stock photos from Google for their stay they should make sure to take actual room photos."

"Over booked and would not give me a refund"

"The first room was not ready. Beds had been left from the previous people. Was move to another room. It had a very bad odor of cigarettes. Tried spraying cologne to cover the smell. The shower was nice but no soap or shampoo. Dispenser was empty. Was 10pm and no other rooms available there or near by. Would have drove to the next town but was too tired. Very terrible!"
